Senior Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Wright Construction Western Inc. As a key member of our estimating department, you will play a vital role in preparing and managing bids for construction projects.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a strong background in construction estimating, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects. You will work closely with our project management team to ensure accurate estimates and bid proposals that meet client expectations.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs for construction projects;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors;
- Analyze tender documents and recommend award of contracts;
- Maintain accurate records of project estimates, costs, and revenues;
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets;
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues;
- Provide input on project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure successful project delivery;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects;
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates and bid proposals;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments;
- Proficient in MS Project and other relevant software applications;
- A competitive salary of $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience;
