We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Project Director to join our team at Wright Construction Western Inc. in an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals.

Job Description

This role involves overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget. As Senior Construction Project Director, you will be responsible for coordinating with project teams, managing resources, and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality results while maintaining open communication with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze and resolve project-related issues, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project coordination, resource allocation, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
