Job Title: Director of Systems Engineering

MCAP Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Systems Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing our storage and compute infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement infrastructure strategies to support business growth and objectives
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to design and deploy new systems and technologies
  • Lead the recruitment, retention, and development of the systems engineering team
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT department
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our infrastructure and data
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, data center management, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
