The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support and administration of the core infrastructure and network services. This includes effectively procuring, installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining the hardware, software, and related infrastructure that is essential to CoreLogic's day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with designing, deployment, and administration of virtualized server environments, including VMware ESXi and MS Azure. They will also have expertise in managing various company hardware and software infrastructure, including physical and cloud server infrastructures, storage and backup infrastructures, document repositories, and network appliances.

The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Providing expertise in managing various company hardware and software infrastructure
  • Managing own projects and completing them within defined scope while providing regular progress reports to the IT team
  • Planning, coordinating, and deploying systems upgrades, updates, fixes, and other maintenance or improvements
  • Proactively monitoring overall system health, anticipating potential issues
  • Developing and maintaining systems-related procedures, processes, and policies
  • Ensuring systems and infrastructure respect CoreLogic's information security management system (ISMS) and CoreLogic security certifications (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27034, GDPR)
  • Maintaining excellent communication with the IT team, its Director of IT Operations, and great visibility on all tasks and projects

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years of experience with cloud hosting technology
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server technology
  • Great knowledge of VMware ESXi 6.0 or more recent
  • Great knowledge of MS Azure Platforms
  • Bilingual in English and French (preferred)
  • Collegial, Undergraduate degree, Bachelors (IT-related field preferred)
  • Demonstrating analytical skills needed to troubleshoot problems and issues that arise with systems administration
  • Familiar with projects life cycle

Experience with information security management system (ISMS) is an asset.
