We are seeking an experienced executive to join our leadership team as a Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). As a pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and leading our comprehensive information security strategy.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of defining and leading holistic information security strategies across complex organizations. You must have a deep understanding of business operations, risk management, and the ability to balance security needs with business growth.

We offer a competitive salary package of **$250,000 per annum**, including a performance-based bonus structure. Our benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a generous retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

  • Develop a deep understanding of Teranet's business and integrate into the leadership team.
  • Assess current security posture, programs, and policies across the enterprise and all subsidiaries.
  • Review, assess, and finalize the short- and longer-term holistic information cybersecurity strategy for the enterprise.
  • Ensure all programs currently in flight are completed.
  • Organize the overall information security structure and team, deciding on enhancements and improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

  • A seasoned executive with experience defining and leading holistic information security strategies.
  • Business acumen and the ability to understand Teranet's business operations and stakeholders.
  • Proven history of developing information security policies and procedures.
  • Well-connected in the security and threat intelligence community.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience creating and interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
  • Ability to assess risk and balance risks with potential business benefits.
  • Well-developed people leadership skills and substantial leadership experience.
  • Politically savvy and diplomatic with strong facilitative, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
