Child Care Specialist for a Family Environment

We are seeking a responsible and caring Child Care Specialist to join the Kipper Family team. This is a live-in position that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with children.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing high-quality childcare services to a multi-aged group of children in a safe and healthy environment. Key responsibilities include performing light housekeeping duties, instructing children in personal hygiene and social development, maintaining a clean and organized home, organizing activities, preparing nutritious meals, supervising and caring for children, and tending to their emotional well-being.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, excellent time management skills, initiative, judgement, organized approach, reliability, client focus, honesty, and ability to work independently.
