The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and relevant experience in childcare. As a Childcare Specialist, you will be tasked with:

  • Assuming full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents.
  • Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Traveling with the family on trips and assisting with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
  • Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
  • Disciplining children according to the methods requested by the parents.
  • Instructing children in personal hygiene and social development.
  • Keeping records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Organizing activities such as games and outings for children.
  • Preparing and serving nutritious meals.
  • Supervising and caring for children.
  • Taking children to and from school and to appointments.
  • Tending to the emotional well-being of children.
  • Helping children with homework.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in childcare.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

  • A 30-40 hour workweek.
