Culinary Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor our kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that our kitchen and work areas are clean, safe, and meet health and safety standards.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Organized, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
