About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, using a range of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Staff Training: Train and mentor junior staff members in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure. You must be able to work effectively in a team and be organized and reliable in your work.
