About the Role

Fraser Health Authority is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse, Full Scope to join our team at Eagle Ridge Hospital in Port Moody, BC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care and promote independence through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain individualized plans of care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Document all relevant care and procedure information to ensure accurate records and seamless transitions.
  • Operate and maintain equipment related to patient care, maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications
  • Degree in a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and deal with others effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is CAD $32.84 - $44.96 / hour. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including four weeks of vacation time, employer-paid benefits, and a defined municipal pension plan.
