Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chiropractor to join our team at the University Health Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality chiropractic care to clients with work-related injuries, MVA, and other conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on chiropractic care to clients, including spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and exercise instruction.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address clients' specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution.
- Registration with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
- Minimum one year of experience in treating clients with work-related injuries, MVA, and/or experience in the third-party healthcare system.
- Strong evidence-based, rehabilitation orientation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
