Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
