Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate the ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant environment, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
