About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at Holt Renfrew Vancouver. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client outreach and relationship-building
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other sales techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, updating and maintaining client profile records
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and development
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards and ensuring a high level of customer service
- Comply with company policies and procedures, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and a strong work ethic
- Polished and well-groomed appearance at all times
