Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Bottega Veneta Canada Inc. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through effective client outreach and relationship-building
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize each transaction and improve KPIs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, updating and maintaining client profile records
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
- Assist management with store opening and closing procedures, visual standards, and other tasks as needed
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability to work closing shifts, Saturdays, and Sundays, as well as annual inventory and holiday season
