Bottega Veneta Client Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at Holt Renfrew Vancouver. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client outreach and relationship-building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and product recommendations
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other sales techniques to maximize sales and improve client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and visual merchandising
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Availability to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
