We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Consultant to join our team at BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the upgrade and renewal of our critical information environments, redesigning our GOS-wide wireless network, and participating in the redesign of Community Net and the DMZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead from an Information Security perspective, the upgrade and renewal of Government's critical information environments.
- Redesign the GOS-wide wireless network.
- Participate in a redesign of Community Net.
- Participate in the redesign of the DMZ.
- The retirement of legacy environments.
- Other Information Security and Infrastructure Architecture initiatives as assigned by the Information Security Branch.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the Government of Saskatchewan, or comparable entity, technical and business landscape is considered an asset.
- Service Providers are asked how their proposal can provide a maximum positive impact to the Saskatchewan community.
- Generating local community benefits and economic activities are considered objectives of this competition and the proponent's ability to offer these benefits will be assessed in this competitive process.
