Job Title: Senior Program Manager, Network Optimization

Amazon is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to play a crucial role in reducing the cost to serve while improving customer experience by optimizing network connectivity and enhancing operational efficiency.

About the Role

The Canada Transportation Team is responsible for delivering shipments from our fulfillment centers and third-party locations to Canadian customers. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations by ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead workstreams for Continuous Improvement Programs and Large Network Transformations
  • Collaborate with technical and business partners to develop scalable processes
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support evolving operational needs
  • Utilize data-driven frameworks to inform network design decisions
  • Lead initiatives to improve container fill rates and drive productivity through automation
Requirements
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
