Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the insurance market landscape and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Analyze risk factors associated with various insurance policies to ensure accurate assessments and minimize errors.
- Maintain a portfolio of customers, ensuring all policies in-force (PIF) counts meet or exceed designated targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless policy renewals and high standards in customer information management.
- Minimum of 1 year of Auto Insurance experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for asking open-ended questions to gather comprehensive risk information from customers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems, make informed decisions, and de-escalate situations effectively.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks in a brokerage setting, including binder management, application processing, and customer communication.
