Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Manager to join our team at Realstar Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rental properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect rents on a timely basis and manage resident relations
- Show and sell suites to prospective tenants, conduct market surveys, and hold open houses
- Ensure the proper physical maintenance of the building and surrounding property
- Manage and train support staff, process resident applications, and negotiate lease renewals
- Coordinate month-end duties and responsibilities
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service and selling skills
- Excellent communication skills to deal with residents, prospects, colleagues, and trades
- Management skills to coach, train, and motivate staff and develop a team environment
- Cleaning and maintenance skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
