Resident Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Resident Manager to join our team at Centurion Asset Management Inc. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for the professional management and administration of one of our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, coworkers, and partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and community engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to resident inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Market, show, and rent apartments, ensuring timely collection of rental payments and initiating follow-up as needed.
- Administer and complete minor maintenance and work order repairs, reviewing apartments at turnover and preparing scopes of work consistent with established renovation standards.
- Ensure vacant apartments are always in a state of "rent-readiness," clean and fully prepared for move-in.
- Keep building common areas and grounds clean and free of litter and debris, ensuring lawns are well-trimmed and flower beds are well-maintained.
- Be accessible 24/7 to provide essential service in emergency situations, such as fires, floods, or injuries.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with residents, coworkers, and partners.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning, and common sense.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, including garbage bins, furniture, and appliances.
