Job Summary: HMW Recruiters Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading tax compliance and provision efforts for a diverse range of clients, including financial services, technology, communications, energy, and multinational corporations with complex tax obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Provision Management: Review and prepare corporate, personal, trust, and partnership tax returns.
- Client Liaison: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert tax guidance.
- Expertise and Planning: Collaborate with partners to provide tax expertise, identify planning opportunities, and develop strategies for new business.
- Communication and Correspondence: Engage with lawyers and tax authorities to resolve tax inquiries and audits.
- Staff Development and Training: Share tax knowledge, provide updates, and assist in the development of internal staff.
Requirements: The successful candidate will be a CPA with advanced tax knowledge and experience in providing tax services to public companies and large corporations. Strong client relations skills, mentoring abilities, and project management efficiency are essential.
