About the Role

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Distribution Associate to join our team in Ottawa. This is a 6-month contract opportunity that requires a strong background in supply chain compliance and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify Labeling Activities: Ensure 100% compliance with country-specific additional shipping labels.
  • Distribution Priorities and Task Management: Assign tasks within the team to pack cartridges and complete BR.
  • Supply Chain KPIs: Organize morning and evening team huddles, manage and report supply chain KPIs.
  • Customer Complaints: Review, analyze, and investigate customer complaints related to product distribution.
  • Complaint Trends and Reporting: Identify patterns and issues related to complaint trends and report to management.
  • Documentation and Investigations: Create detailed documentation describing investigation summaries and conclusions.
  • CAPA and Quality Assurance: Support design change requests, validation, verification, and document change processes and approvals.
  • Other Duties: Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate university degree (4-year program) or equivalent experience in supply chain, CAPA, and quality record writing.
  • Experience: 4+ years of related work experience in supply chain compliance roles, preferably in a regulated medical device sector.
  • Skills: Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
