Husky Paul lake -Kamloops is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers to ensure efficient store operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
