About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at PABLA'S ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions, and providing technical guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Team Leadership
    • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
    • Co-ordinate and assign work to team members to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Operational Management
    • Ensure the smooth operation of accounting equipment and software
    • Co-ordinate maintenance and repair work as needed
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
    • Or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
