Job Title: Administrative Clerks Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Nickel Bros House Moving Ltd. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to staff, as well as review their performance
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Project management and establishment of work schedules and procedures
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including data entry and payroll administration
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the department
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
  • Manage events and knowledge management
  • Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of MS Windows and Mac OS
  • Electronic mail and spreadsheet skills
  • Experience with Zoho CRM and Google Drive
  • Project coordination experience
  • Strategy and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
