Restaurant Shift Manager

Soul Restaurants Canada Inc is seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Your duties will include training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to stand for extended periods. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality. Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, and vision care benefits. We also offer a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) and a permanent employment contract. The working hours are 40 hours per week, and the language of work is English.
