Job Title: Global Repair Manager

INOVA Geophysical Equipment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Global Repair Manager to lead our repair operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage repair centers in Sugar Land, Dubai, and Calgary to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize Syteline SROs and RMA systems for streamlined repairs.
  • Oversee inventory management for repair parts and third-party repair depot facilities.
  • Ensure training and certification of repair facilities to maintain consistency of service.
  • Work with accounting to recover repair service invoices through warranty or time and materials billing.
  • Coordinate logistics for parts fulfillment and inventory planning to meet EOL requirements.
  • Implement and manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems and track shipments for timely delivery.
  • Manage third-party parts supply relationships and supervise inventory record keeping.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for seamless quality service to customers.
  • Develop and implement new policies and procedures for work execution.
  • Manage team members, set operating standards, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Review and approve timesheets and ensure quality management system procedures are implemented.
  • Oversee productivity and safety standards and prepare reports on performance and potential improvements.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff effectively and establish objectives for quality and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Self-motivation, self-starter, and task completion orientation.
  • Availability to travel approximately 25% of the time and possess a valid passport with no travel restrictions.
