Billing Supervisor Job Description

YK TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR LTD. is seeking a skilled Billing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and training to our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of our equipment to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Financial Transactions: Ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks, review progress, and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely manner.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Criminal Record Check: A criminal record check is required for this position.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is required for this position.
  • Work Environment: This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
