Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Repair Manager to join our team at INOVA Geophysical Equipment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all repair centers, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded, and developing and implementing an RMA system for efficient repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Repair Center Management: Oversee the daily operations of repair centers in Sugar Land, Dubai, and Calgary, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  2. Service Level Management: Monitor and improve service levels to meet or exceed customer expectations, working closely with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met.
  3. RMA System Development: Design and implement a robust RMA system to streamline the repair process, ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels for repair parts, ensuring that all necessary parts are available to meet customer demands.
  5. Third-Party Management: Manage third-party repair depot facilities in strategic locations, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards.
  6. Training and Development: Ensure that all repair personnel receive adequate training and development to maintain the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
  7. Bulletin Management: Manage the repair bulletin information database and notification system, ensuring that all repair personnel are informed of any changes or updates.
  8. Certification Management: Oversee the ongoing certification of third-party repair facilities to ensure consistency of service.
  9. Invoice Management: Work with accounting to ensure that all repair service invoices are recovered through warranty or time and materials billing methodology.
  10. Logistics Management: Coordinate the logistics of parts fulfillment for all products, including establishing contractual relationships with parts fulfillment locations.
  11. Inventory Planning: Ensure that inventory planning is in place to meet EOL requirements for legacy products.
  12. Tracking Systems: Ensure that tracking systems are employed to ensure shipments are delivered to the final destination in a timely manner.
  13. Vendor Managed Inventory: Implement and manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems required to maintain inventory in country of use by client.
  14. Warranty Parts: Coordinate parts fulfillment for warranty parts orders.
  15. Parts Supply Relationships: Manage third-party parts supply relationships, ensuring contractual terms are maintained and service level agreements are met or exceeded.
  16. Inventory Record Keeping: Supervise inventory record keeping and compliance to ensure accuracy with material issuance and movement procedures.
  17. Stock Transfers: Coordinate timely deliveries of stock transfers to the company's other departments.
  18. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with all INOVA's internal departments to ensure timely and seamless quality service to internal and external customers.
  19. Reporting: Report on and track operation reports (Key Performance Indicators).
  20. Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement new policies and procedures in relation to the execution of work.
  21. Team Management: Manage work activities and scheduling of team members.
  22. Operating Standards: Set and maintain operating standards of equipment, machinery, and team members.
  23. Improvement Recommendations: Provide recommendations for improvements as part of a continuous improvement approach.
  24. Timesheets: Review and approve all Timesheets from the Dubai FZE employees, Calgary & Temps in SGL.
  25. Quality Management: Ensure the quality management system procedures and processes are implemented and maintained.
  26. Productivity and Safety: Oversee productivity and safety standards in accordance with company needs and customer requirements.
  27. Operational Processes: Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures.
  28. Performance Reports: Prepare reports on performance and potential improvements for operations.
  29. Staff Management: Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively; take corrective action as necessary in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies.
  30. Objectives: Establish and meet objectives in the areas of quality and customer service while maintaining compliance with all applicable internal and external policies.
  31. Key Reports: Provide accurate and timely submission of key reports.
  32. Site Activities: Plan and coordinate site activities with departmental managers and supervisors to ensure objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Requirements
