Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences in our restaurants. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
