The ideal candidate will have specialist knowledge of Canadian Labour and Employment Laws, preferably in multi-provincial jurisdictions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic guidance and hands-on HR support to leaders and employees, delivering effective counsel on questions, policy interpretation, and work-related inquiries.
  • Partnering with managers and the talent acquisition team to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Driving performance management processes, ensuring improvement plans, succession strategies, and developmental opportunities are in place.
