Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Hill Top Motel & Restaurant. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including room assignments and check-outs
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage room inventory, including room assignments and cancellations
  • Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling guest requests and complaints
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
