About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Hill Top Motel & Restaurant as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering Guest Inquiries: Respond to written and oral inquiries from guests in a prompt and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure their needs are met.
  • Handling Payments: Process payments and handle financial transactions in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Providing Information and Assistance: Offer assistance and provide information to guests on various topics, including local attractions, amenities, and services.
  • Relocation and Tourism: Be willing to relocate and have a strong understanding of the tourism industry.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with your schedule.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Other Benefits: Free parking available, permanent employment, and a 30-40 hour workweek.
