Job Summary

The Hotel Clerk Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of hotel staff, ensuring the smooth operation of hotel services, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their satisfaction with hotel services.
  • Coordinate and review work, including tasks such as room assignments, guest requests, and staff training.
  • Hire and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hotel setting.
Work Environment

The Hotel Clerk Supervisor will work in a hotel setting, with a team of 3-4 people. The work environment is fast-paced, with a large workload and tight deadlines.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours

The work hours are 40 hours per week, with overtime required as needed.
