Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department at our Domaine Lafontaine residence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend committee meetings to discuss maintenance-related issues
  • Inspect buildings and coordinate interviews with maintenance staff
  • Manage requisitions and perform staff assessments
  • Plan, organize, and manage maintenance work, including subcontractor coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents

Requirements

  • DEP in general building maintenance
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and minor repairs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Experience in human resources management an asset
