We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Specialist to join our team at SE Health.
Job SummaryThis is a casual opportunity in schools with the option for independent contractor status. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting to provide personalized care and support.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs to address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- A valid membership in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to new computer applications.
