Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Brantford and Hamilton.

This role involves conducting assessments, formulating goals and recommendations, and planning and implementing client-centered treatment programs.

You will work with a diverse group of clients, providing person-centered care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy and be a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.

Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred.

You must also possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to new computer applications.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location

This role is based in Brantford and Hamilton, with flexibility to work remotely and with clients in their homes or community settings.
