About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Brantford and Hamilton. As a Community Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work with clients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation settings.

Job Description

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Collaborate with rehab assistants and interdisciplinary teams to provide person-centered care.
  • Develop rapport and trust with clients, promoting their progress and independence.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

  • A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
