Are you a natural leader with a passion for cannabis and a talent for motivating teams? We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our pioneering crew at The Hunny Pot Cannabis Co., Toronto's first legal cannabis store.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily retail operations, driving store success and exceptional customer experiences
- Manage cash handling, inventory, and staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies
- Maximize profitability and meet sales targets through effective team management
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
- Address customer queries and concerns, providing excellent customer service
- 4+ years of leadership experience in retail or a similar role
- Strong background in sales, cash handling, and customer service
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Passion for learning and educating others about cannabis
