Store Manager

As a Store Manager with Ricki's and Cleo, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of your store's business. This includes attracting, leading, and developing a strong team of fashion lovers who drive business results by ensuring an amazing customer experience in their store.

- Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
- Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
- Provide strong leadership to the store team; experienced retail leader who is able to motivate, train, and coach others to success
Ricki's and Cleo is a national specialty brand featuring apparel with a focus on work wear for women in both regular and petite sizing. Our mission is to be today's choice in meeting women's fashion needs by offering styles that are flattering with a dress up/dress down versatility that gives her the value and quality she can trust, in a fun, friendly, easy-to-shop store.
