Organizational Development Consultant

As an Organizational Development Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving change and improvement across our organization.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to join our Human Resources and Organizational Development team. As an Organizational Development Consultant, you'll work closely with our leadership team to design and implement organizational development initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops to support leadership development and employee engagement
  • Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to support their career development and performance improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business, human resources, or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field
  • Certification in change and transition management, project management, executive coaching, or personality assessment administration
  • Formal training in leadership development approaches, group facilitation, or organizational effectiveness
