Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Trade Professional to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of roofs, including built-up roofing systems, single-ply roofing systems, and metal roofs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel.
  • Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings.
  • Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions.
  • Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems.
  • Instruct apprentices on various roofing techniques and best practices.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in the roofing trade.
  • Excellent knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy, dusty environments, and outdoors.
  • Physically demanding role requiring frequent bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
  • Fast-paced environment with overtime required during peak periods.
