We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality service.
  • Train, mentor, and manage team members, providing constructive feedback.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
