Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at BLACK STAR MGMT ULC. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all food preparation and serving areas, including dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
