We are currently seeking a highly motivated Food Counter Attendant to join our team at one of our locations across the country. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafes and restaurants, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, and rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
