Senior Analog Test Development Manager

Chipright is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Analog test Project Lead to work in Ireland leading teams of highly experienced test engineers in a customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of test engineers in the development of Analog test solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth interactions and timely delivery of testing
- Develop and implement test plans for Analog mixed signal and RF test solutions
- Work with new product development teams to debug silicon issues and analyze yield
- Experience with Analog Mixed Signal IC Test, ATEs, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging Test
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electronics or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Analog test solutions
- Knowledge of automotive, aviation, aerospace, or medical qualification flows
- Pro-active and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel regularly to client sites
