Job Overview:

Chipright is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Analog Test Project Lead to lead teams of highly experienced test engineers in a customer-facing role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for talented, highly driven managers with a passion for people and analog test.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead project-based work and ensure smooth interactions with clients.
  2. Develop and implement analog test solutions for semiconductor integrated circuits.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug silicon issues and improve yield analysis.
  4. Work with new product development teams to develop and implement test plans.
  5. Travel regularly to client sites to ensure timely delivery of testing.

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree in Electronics with 7+ years of relevant experience in mixed signal and/or RF test solutions.
  2. Knowledge of automotive, aviation, aerospace, or medical qualification flows is an asset.
  3. Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
  4. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Technical Skills:

  1. Experience with Analog Mixed Signal IC Test.
  2. Experience with ATEs specifically Teradyne, MicroFLEX.
  3. Experience working in Magnetic Resonance Imaging Test.
  4. Experience in product test development and writing test plans (C, C++, VB).
  5. Experience working on Frequencies up to 30KHz.
