Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Administrator to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Post journal entries.
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
  • Prepare tax returns.
  • Prepare trial balance of books.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar position.
