We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our MyBRP team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement of the employee experience, HR processes, and the employee knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively target documentation to be made available for continuous improvement.
  • Act as an expert to answer employee questions on various HR topics.
  • Be the global point of reference for the pension plan.
  • Collaborate with employees, managers, and other HR professionals to obtain advice or clarify certain policies that will help resolve issues or contribute to the continuous improvement of MyBRP.
  • Be the point of contact for more complex issues referred by first-level HR technicians – MyBRP.

Requirements:

  • A diploma of college studies (DCS) in administration or other relevant training.
  • Team spirit.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management and prioritization of multiple files.
  • The ability to manage confidential information.
  • Fluency in English is required for the position as we share best practices with our non-French speaking colleagues in global services.
